These buttons apply changes to multiple selected records. For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mass Update<\/li>\n<li>Merge Records<\/li>\n<li>Mass Delete<\/li>\n<li>Mass Export<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>How to Manage Global Record Actions in SuiteCRM<\/h2>\n<p>Alongside being versatile, SuiteCRM is also easy to use. This means that you can easily manage the Global Records Actions with only a few clicks here and there. In the following paragraphs, we share how to do so in the simplest way possible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Step 1: Log in to Suite CRM<\/h3>\n<p>The first step in the process is to <a href=\"\/kb\/how-to-log-in-to-suitecrm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">log in to SuiteCRM<\/a>. Accessing the dashboard is crucial to working on your project and accessing the Global Record Actions settings.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Step 2: Go to Role Management<\/h3>\n<p>The next step in the process is to permit the global record actions. From this list, activate the ones that you need for global record actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mass Update<\/li>\n<li>Merge Records<\/li>\n<li>Mass Delete<\/li>\n<li>Mass Export<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Step 4: Assign Global Actions to Users<\/h2>\n<p>After you have created a role, it is time to assign it to a SuiteCRM user.
