The AwardSpace File Manager has an easy-to-use interface and offers the following file management features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#upload\">Uploading Data<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#download\">Downloading Data<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#rename\">Renaming Files and Folders<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#move\">Moving Files and Folders<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#create\">Creating files and Directories<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#extract\">Extracting Archives<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"upload\">\n<h2>How to Upload Files Using the File Manager?<\/h2>\n<p>To upload files using the File Manager from your Hosting Control Panel, simply drag and drop the files from your local computer into the website folder on your AwardSpace server.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, you can use the <strong>Upload<\/strong> feature to upload files to your hosting space.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-17127 size-full\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/upload1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1003\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: You can upload up to 20 files at a time!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"download\">\n<h2>How to download a file or a folder using the File Manager?<\/h2>\n<p>To download a file, select the file you want to download and click on the <strong>Download<\/strong> button from the main window or right-click on the file and select <strong>Download<\/strong>. This will open a download prompt and you can choose where to save the file on your computer\/device.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-17139 size-full\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/download.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1001\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: The AwardSpace file management utility <u>does not support<\/u> downloading entire folders due to browser limitations. If you wish to download a whole directory from your server, please use an FTP client program.
